The location is unbeatable for the price. There are several larger more luxurious hotels nearby, but at double, triple the price. Also, very convenient to take bus to airport.

Rooms were small and noisy. There was no tv but there was a computer with Internet access. Very simple set-up.

near the scenic west lake( water show in the evening), accessible to Hangzhou's airport bus route. the friendly desk girls.

Fairly convenient location, obvious care in making a welcoming environment.

The room wasn't cleaned well each day, though it was clean upon arrival. The city itself doesn't have convenient transportation, though the hotel location didn't make it much easier (one way street)

They did not have our reservation despite having received the mail of booking. We waited about 30 minutes to have the room (we arrived at 2 am), and we still don´t know why as they had rooms available. The rooms are old and without care, with leak in the air conditioning. Not like the photo.

It is located near the West lake and relatively cheap. Looks like ordinary hostel.

Few people spoke English. No additional services but thanxx to Jack who helped us to get taxi. Room is not very clean/ Transparent walls to the wc is for perverted people. Sex advertising cards on the floor in our "family room"

I would suggest this small Guest House as the quality /price relation is pretty good. The location is very convenient, few minutes from the lake and a fair walking distance from the pedestrian old road He Fang Jie.In front of the hotel there is a big agency selling any kind of tickets(train/bus,tours etc..).Public transportation to railway station and bus station are excellent, close by there are plenty of restaurant where you can have breakfast and meals.The room was quite worm, clean and there was a computer with free internet connection.No fridge nor tv. I would go back next time.

1. Location: the hotel is 15 mins walk to West Lake and offers abundant accesses to multiple bus stops. My mom and I took k7 to Soul's Retreat Temple and it was about 30 mins ride. The same bus goes to city's main train station as well. 2. Interior design: we booked a standard queen size bed room for my mom and I. It was quite petite, but very functional. The all-in-one desktop was very handy. For those like me prefers to use my own laptop, simply pluck the cable and use it on mine. By the way, near the desktop, I was using Wifi to update my iPhone stuff. I asked FO earlier and was told there was no Wifi in the rooms. But there was, though the signal was weak, Wifi in rooms in the vicinity of the desktop.

1. Fo staff unhelpful: I asked them to order a taxi for us on the morning of check-out and was refused, since "they don't have numbers of those taxi companies." Given that I worked in fo before myself, I found response such as this was shockingly rude. I was surprised in a very negative way. 2. FO staff wanted to charge extra room rate: my mom checked in before me since my flight from Singapore was in the late evening. FO staff told my mom that they would charge extra CNY 20 for weekend. My mom argued that the rate was already confirmed when the reservation was confirmed. But FO staff refused to listen and insisted on charging the extra and asked my mom to make a CNY 500 deposit in cash. Wow again! Later I wrote an email to Booking's customer service and during check-out, the extra charge was refunded to us. 3. House Keeping sluggish service: no slippers and no toilet paper when we checked in initially and was only delivered 2 hours after we called FO. Then they were gone again after the second day turn down. Then we called again, and then the same cycle started again. 4. AC problem: the AC was set to turn off automatically after a while. I had to manually turn it on periodically. I hate to list all these negative things here, but this hotel was a frankly speaking, quite a disappointment. I stayed in youth hostels before, but the friendliness of the staff always compensate the simplicity of the facility. But Fresh Inn was just not up to my lowest expectation. I would not recommend it to any of my friend or family.

The location was good.

The lack of english spoken. They could not help us with any enquires. Did not help with geting after we sat on the street for an hour trying to get one.

I felt the rooms were not very clean.

I'm a solo traveller so no issue with the glass toilet haha
